WebHelp is linked to an application. The application has been
pushed out to production. As part of the installation
recommendations, users are urged to make the application URL a
trusted site in IE. When they do, WebHelp no longer displays. To
display Help, users have to remove the application URL as a trusted
site.
Help is called from the traditional Help button in the top
right corner of the application UI. Has this happened to anyone
else? If yes, can you tell me why and what I can do to fix?
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.
