Fixed Box Problem in Internet Explorer

I designed my website on iMac with no Internet Explorer preview.  Looks great in Safari, Firefox, Opera.  Broken in IE.  There is a "Fixed Box" problem with the vertical menu bar.  In IE the side menu falls below the main content of the page.  Any ideas on how to fix it?  You may have a look at www.theentertrainerpro.com Thanks!
