Flash Player not working in Google Chrome

Hi good people!

I recently discovered the fun in Youtube after years of ignoring it. Sad part is I cannot watch videos on that site using Google Chrome ( current version). I am allergic to IE and Firefox seems to have lost its fire for me. I have tried every public solution I can find with no luck. How do I get Flash Player to work in Google Chrome so I can watch Youtube videos?  I hope mine is a simple question! Thank you all for your help

You might be better off posting this on the Google Chrome help Forums because the Flash player is embedded in the browser.
