Subscription upgrade to standard license

Hi There.

I apologise if this has been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find any reference to it using search.

I had been using a CS 5 Design Suite subscription license for the past couple of years which has now expired. I do not want to resubscribe but I would like to own the software, so can I now just by an upgrade license or do I need to buy the full license?
