Tracking non-respondents

Hello, we're a high school band and one of our issues is chasing non-respondents with additional targeted e-mails. So as well as tracking responses, we also want to track non respondents.

We'd also like to be able to process payments. Any thoughts here?

FormsCentral now provides the ability to integrate your forms with PayPal. In one seamless experience, respondents can fill out the form and pay using a credit card or PayPal account.
