I can't use Buzzword account to log in My Adobe

I created Buzzword account with my email long time ago. And today I use to login My Adobe. However. Adobe alerts: "An error has occurred. Please try again". I tried to change password but there is not any change.The Adobe also doesn't allow I create My Adobe account with that email. I can only use the email to login Buzzword.

After that I create another Adobe account with my second email. And I used this email to login Buzzword and it's ok.

So, why can't I use the first email to login My Adobe.

Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance
