Static Settings: Shows comments & Insert Page

We create a .pdf from Illustrator with no comments, then our QA dept reviews the .pdf and makes comments. We open up the PDF and review the comments and check them off as we complete them.  When i open the the .pdf though I have to click on the 2 talk bubbles to show the comments, and then I have to drag to expand the comments. Anyone have any tips to help me save some  clicks adn drags. Can I make a keybaord command in Acrobat?

 

I found the restore last view settings when reopening documents which is useful. Is there a way or a keyboard command to open

Is there also a way to make the settings for insert pages static. Everytime we make a revision we add a page to a master document, and I have to keep changing to before and first after everytime the computer is rebooted.

    Something to try.

     

    Visit the Commenting category in Preferences.

    Play with the configuration choices for the three panes (Viewing Comments, Pop-Up Open Behavior, and Making Comments).

    There is nothing in the preferences >> commenting that can help.

     

    Anyone else using commenting and experiencing or annoyed by this?

    Anyone using comments a regular basis and finding the same or different?

     

    I am thinking of asking our QA people to turn on their setting for "restore last view settings when reopening documents", and that may help. One of them is not too friendly so may to suffer this one out.
