Neither able to identify nor record any object on Adobe Reader

I am trying to automate PDF using AcroQTP addin. But I am neither able to identify nor record any object on Adobe Reader.

Any solution please.



Adobe Reader and Acrobat 9 standard, both are installed in the system. - any issues?

Adobe Reader version is 9.4 - any issues?

QTP - ver 10

AcroQTP Addin version 9.3
