Problème installé CS3 même si licence et réinstallation

Bonjour,

 

j'ai acheté La suite adobe creative suite 3 design premium, il y a environ 3 ans et soudainement ce message m'est apparu et je n'avais plus accès a mes programmes:

 

You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by unstalling and then reinstalling this product or contating administrator or Adobe customer support for help.

 

Je les ai donc désinstallé et réinstallé de nouveau, cependant download est terminée et que redémarrer mon ordinateur, les programmes ne sont pas installés

 

Que puis-je faire pour solutionner mon problème, puisque je n'ai pas accès à l'aide téléphonique d'Adobe car j'ai CS3.
