    First you get new glasses!

    What is a b.enu ?

You can zoom in by clicking on the preview window then move the small "handles" with the mouse to shift the picture and enlarge it a little.

To put PE program on the desktop so you can start it from there, right click on the desktop, select "New", shortcut, then browse to the name of the program which is something like C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 9.0\Adobe Premiere Elements.exe"

If you want your edited video to run on the desktop, share as a video (maybe WMV). read Windows help as this is different for versions

"i put on  desktop ^.wav how i this in program"

Do you mean "how can I add a .wav sound to my movie?"

To add it to the program, you can drag/drop clip from desktop to Organizer or Project bin.
