I have talked to 3 different cust. service reps. and they have not been able to help other than sending me to this forum. Can someone help me getting my Galaxy Tab 10.1 authorized?

I have downloaded ADE to my laptop, and authorized that computer. I was told to deactivate, attach the Galaxy and the authorize again, and the Galaxy should show up. This does not happen - and I have done this a couple of times. What steps am I missing?

I did look at this, and followed the instructions but with no luck. My

Galaxy just does not show up as a device in ADE. The laptop does recognize

the tablet as a device when I connect so I know there is no problem with

that.

Do you have more suggestions?

Hi DaneinOrlando,

On the page, look for the tab that says "All Content" and click on it. You should see this below the "Search for an Answer" bar.

You should see the "Start a Discussion" option to the right after this.

Thanks
