Selection outline in Transform Again

Tags:I work with detailed masks that I rotate around the center using the Transform Again command on a selection. This leaves me with one layer and one mask which is what I am looking for. However, I have found that the outline of the selection outline (marquee or lasso) shows up as a pixel wide gap in the mask for each rotation. I then have to go over my mask with a brush to clean up these lines.
I have tried feathering the mask and that hasn't worked. I welcome suggestions.
