Live examples of HTTP streaming to iOS?

Hi,

I am looking for some live examples of HTTP streaming to iOS devices, I cant seem to find any on the Adobe site. In my case I am looking to stream audio only, but it would be great to try out video as well.

can anyone provide some URLs?
