A few co-workers and i can't log in into CS Review. [https://csreview.acrobat.com/welcome.html] We each use different platforms & broswers. We log in, it circle though, then it kicks us back out.

Apparently there is an issue with signing in via this page.
Try this workaround until the issue is corrected:
Go to https://acrobat.com/SignIn.html
Enter your credentials.
After you're signed in it will take you to the Acrobat.com organizer. From here you can open an existing review, create a new review by clicking the New button, or click the CS Review Home button.
This worked for me. Let us know if it works for you.
