How to reset admin password - not as easy as you might think ... help!

Have Adobe Contribute CS5 as of yesterday - when I try to set up access to a certain site, the set up remembers the previous admin password froma much older version, and I do not recall the password - I can see the working email address for me. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to the site and consequently I cannot do any Edit-Admin changes to change the password ... in other words, I can not see any web site for me to make an edit on.

Do you have the FTP credentials to the server?

The Admin password is encrpted and stored in hub file, inside the _mm folder within your side. If you login to the server manually and make the password field blank, it will not prompt for the password. Later you can set the Admin password. Hope this solves the problem.
