I just updated to a Windows 7 64 machine and am mourning the loss of some of my 16 bit software. My favorite image software for collage purposes was Lview. It was pretty simple but let me do what I wanted starting with a full canvas whiteboard that covered my entire monitor screen. From there I could paste various digital images into some pretty cool collages over the years. Does anyone know of any image software that will just give me a big white screen where I can copy and move my images where I want on the screen? I've downloaded and tried many software programs but none provided just the big white screen I want, to work from. TIA
Hi verlando,
There are different ways to create photo collages in different Adobe products. This forum is for Adobe Collage, which is a program for Android tablets to create photo collages. It can indeed open a white canvas add, place, mask and resize different photos on that canvas, however this app like I mentioned is for tablets not for desktop computers. If you are looking for desktop software for this purpose, you might consider a desktop product like Photoshop Elements. That software has the ability to do all kinds of photo editing including creating a photo collage. What you might want to do is download a trial version of that software and see if it suits your needs prior to purchasing it. I found this video which shows the process in Photoshop Elements (the video is for version 9 but workflow is the same for version 10).
