I am looking to create a small e-campaign which can go out using Outlook in the week. Can someone please advise what the best way to go about this is and talk me through the steps? I have the basics in Photoshop but can easily do this in another application.

One of my colleagues is trying to send an email with some information on one of our products. This email includes text and images and someone suggested we create this on photoshop/in design and then insert the article into the body of the email? I originally created this in photoshop and saved it as a jpeg and then inserted but the quality of the text is not great and I just wondered if there is an easier way to do this?

I believe you're looking for a way to create HTML emails - basically a little webpage with text and images contained within the body of the email.
Probably the easiest way of doing this is to use one of the email campaign companies like Constant Contact or MailChimp. They have good tools for creating email campagns. You upload your image graphics and type in the text you want. They both have free trials.
