Browser Crash, ie9

Seem to have issue with browser crashing.  I select pdf to convert, then select any of the four formats, conversion appears to go as planned but when SAVE button is pushed windows message sez browser has stopped and is being restarted.  No other messages.

Happens no matter what format is chosen.

    Do you have another browser you can test this on?

    I installed Opera and it works OK so it must be something in ie9 that is causing the issue.

    Good day rmcsmw,

     

    Are you using the 64-bit version of IE9 or the 32-bit version?  Could you also be sure to update your Flash Player to the latest version by visisting: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    This is the 64 bit version.  I will double check the flash version but this is a 2 week old machine.  Everything works using Opera browser.

    Good day mw,

     

    Thanks for checking on the FP version.  Could you also try the 32-bit version of IE that shipped with your machine?  We'd be curious to know if it also displays the same problem.
