Creating a quiz certificate

Hi all,

 

I'm not much of an expert with dreamweaver at all, but have been tasked by my boss to create certificate to be available on completion of an online exam.  Most of it is finished, but what I'm having trouble with, is getting the name of the student to appear on the certificate.  They input their name at the beginning of the tutorial, so ideally, this would somehow link to the final certificate and reappear.  My predescessor wrote a lot of the code so Im basically manipulating what he has already done.  Obviously, the title page and certificate are written in seperate files..

 

If anyone can help point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful.
