It comes up, but the buttons on the right side only show their colors, and no words.

It's not clear to me what's happening. Can you verify what version of Flash Player you're running ( http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html ) and post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    Thanks,

    Mark

Yeah, that don't look right at all. Within the grey square above the goldish square there should be a goldish colored button. I have no idea what's going on, so I'm going to have to ask a bunch of questions and have you try a few things:

    1. Have you previously been able to successfully use BrowserLab on this machine?
    2. If so, can you think of anything that's changed since it was last working for you?
    3. Did you follow the link to check which version of Flash Player is installed on that machine, and can you let me know what the full version number is?
    4. What browser name and version are you using?
    5. Can you try using a different browser and see if that works?
    6. Can you try rebooting your machine, clearing the browser cache, and try BrowserLab again?

    Thanks,

    Mark

Nope Follow that link from my first response and look for a version number in section #2 and tell me what number you see

If you can use it in Chrome and you're happy with using that, we can drop it here. If not, then reply to my post above with the questions and things to try and I'll do my best to get this figured out.
