Publishes only in Adobe PDF

for some reason suddenly I can only publish and have files preview in Adobe Acrobat. they used to open in my default browser and run just fine but the past few days all that I can get is files trying to open in Acrobat. My files look like they are in an Acrobat file but nothing will play- I only get the flash playbar. i am not to impressed with the program. Maybe someone out there will be able to help me ASAP!

    hello again,

    is  nobody going to help out thier!! it is a serious problem and I have no idea have to solve it as I am only a beginner! a pretty clueless one as well!!

    Open Acrobat and check your internet preferences (Edit>Preferences>Internet) and see if this solves your problem, as per the manual.
