How does one re-activate coldfusion builder?

I'm a single license developer and have CFBuilder installed on 2 machines. According to this that's ok. Now say I wanted to install it to a laptop and activate the license on the laptop and only temporarily de-activate on one of my workstations. As a side note, I don't see a reinstall option from CD either.
