Pixel Bender Plug-in does not show up in Filters

Hi,

 

I downloaded Pixel Blender 64 bit for the Photoshop CS5 Etended 64 bit program. It does show up as installed in the Adobe Extension Manager and tells me at the botton: Assess the pixel plugin under filter > Pixel Bender > Pixel Bender Gallery.

 

However I've opened all kinds of different pictures and when I click on Filter, the Pixel Blender Plug in is not in the menu anywhere.

 

What might be the issue of it now showing up?
