Hello
I using FF 9.01 and also Google Chrome. I have entered my user name and password at https://browserlab.adobe.com/en-us/index.html however the browser lab simply does not load. I am asked to enter my user name and password twice. I have the latest version of Flash on by Apple Mac Snow Leopard.
Guidance would be appreciated Thanks
Georgina
Hi Georgina,
Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing please? If you're at the password screen, then BrowserLab has already loaded, so at this point I'd have to guess that the problem is somehow with your login credentials. Are you sure you're remembering your Adobe Id and password, and have entered them correctly? Can you login here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nl=1&nf=1&loc=en_us with those same credentials you're trying in BrowserLab?
Mark
Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply.
In response,
screenshots attached below;
Adobe Id and password are correct, cookies are enabled, latest version of Shockwave Flash also and yes I can login with https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nl=1&nf=1&loc=en_us with those same credentials.
I retried today and it keeps at "Connecting now please wait" but Browser Lab will not load. It has been over 30 minutes. This occurs in latest versions of FF. Chrome and Safari.

I entered user name and pw in https://browserlab.adobe.com/en-us/index.html then following occurs:
I then amd asked to add my user name and pw again (but i already have an adobe id - so why am I asked to re-enter?) :
Goes round and round with no further action:
Hi Georgina,
We can't reproduce this issue, but I asked someone to look at your account and we have made it send the verification email to you now. Go ahead and follow that process to verify your account, and then I think you should be able to log in to BrowserLab normally with your credentials. Sorry about this trouble, and let me know if you are to log in or not.
