export data and attached files

hello

i know that i can export data to xls or csv format: do i need to manually download each embedded files or there is an automatism to do it ?

    You can only download them manually using the File menu. When you say "automated" - what would you like the product to do exactly?

    hi Randy, sorry for my english.

    i need to download selected records and related attachments in just one time.

    is not efficient to download dozens of images one at a time

     

    my goal is to receive data via acrobat form and process it in local

    Are you using Adobe Acrobat (PDF forms) or Adobe FormsCentral (which does HTML forms)? You mentioned "acrobat form" in your email so I wanted to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

    I have the same question (at least what I understand his original one to be):

     

    Lets assume that I have a list of 100 respondants, that each have a file acttachment.

     

    Can these file attachments be exported/downloaded all at once with the spread sheet via File>Export Responses, or by means other than having to download each attachment indivudually?

    Select all of the cells with attachments you want to export. Right-click and choose Download selected. All of the files will be downloaded into a single ZIP file.You can also prepend a field value so you can tie them back to the form.
