i can log in fine on the website, however all i get is a blank screen when i try it from inside Proto.
Hi fearnosurf2,
I'm really sorry that's happening. Can you please share a few more details to help troubleshoot:
-What tablet/OS are you running Proto on?
-Which other tablet apps are you trying this with?
-You mention logging in from the website works fine, can you clarify if you're doing that on your tablet or desktop computer, and which browser you are using?
Thanks in advance for providing the extra detail.
hi Kim, thanks for the response.
-Asus Transformer Prime
-Andriod 4.0.3 (ICS)
-Adobe Photoshop Touch
-Ican login to the creative cloud using the default Andriod web browser, Safari on my mac & IE on windows.
Proto works fine up until the point when I try to login to the creative cloud from the App itself, whether i try this from the main screen bu clicking the link icon or from settings& preferences. i get the login window, i enter my info and get the small 4 color animated boxes, they disappear and im stuck with a white box.
ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times, including rebooting.
Hi fearnosurf2,
Yes, I understand and agree. I'm very sorry about this. I can tell you the product teams think this is an issue with the tablet apps running on ICS (Android 4.0), and will require an update to the tablet apps. I will post again when we have more details.
Thank you again for posting.
I'm having same problem with the same tablet. I just brought a new
-Asus Transformer Prime running
-Andriod 4.0.3 (ICS)
and brought Proto and have the same problem as fearnoserf2

Does anyone have a solution?????
I actually brought the tablet so I can run Proto and now I can't upload to cloud so I can import into DW.... very disappointing...
A new version of Adobe Proto 1.1.0 is now available on the Android Market. This free update includes:
ASUS transformer prime, Android V4.0.3
Same problem with Debut, cannot log in Creative cloud. But I strangely logged in successfully with Photoshop Touch...
Hope Adobe will find a solution very soon...
Hi Cancelmoria, i feel your dissappointment ..... im hoping this gets fixed very, very soon. i only downloaded Proto, and want to get the rest of the Touch App, but have to wait for problem with cloud to be fixed. maybe i should return my Prime ........... "not"
I can't believe Adobe don't see this coming and won't offer an explanation why or when it will be fixed. Disappointed is an understatement.
@ Takashi Prime updated to 4.0 automatically out of the box.
We now know "soon" doesn't equal a week. Anything yet on when the fix for ICS will be available?
I have also checked if Adobe put a disclaimer about the problem on Andrid Market for other ICS users (like was mentioned) but there is no evidence Adobe is thinking ahead and warning users about the problem. I really want to use this product and have waited until the best tablet on the market was available only to find-out about the Creative Cloud problem. I'm so frustrated that Adobe can't even give us a timeline of progress on this issue. "Soon" can mean anything and anything means nothing.
Android 4.0 tablet comes out after Adobe release Proto back in November 2011.
Beofre we release Adobe Proto, we try our best to make it compatible using ICS beta version. Unfortunately, the release version of ICS was some issue with current version of Adobe Proto for login to Creative Cloud.
As far as I know, ASUS device is the only one ICS tablet device selling in North America at current market, we would like to make sure our updater will be compatible with upcoming major ICS devices.
Hi Takashi, I just tried to log into the Creative Cloud from my Android 4.0
(ICS), ASUS Transformer Prime with no success. After entering my username
and password there is a empty grey box with thick white border. The cancel
and upload buttons at the bottom are also grayed-out.
Please advise when I can expect to have access to creative cloud.
