Can't update/download folio

We are not sure what happened, but one of our folios is now broken. We can't update folio from InDesign, we can't download this folio to Viewer - it's just "Waiting". We think that something get broken when failed uploading of HTMLResources.zip, when this upload failed. We uploaded it again, this time without problem, and from this moment problems started. We can't download to viewer, we can't update from InDesign.

 

What is VERY frustrating is that this folio is quite long and we have all description in this (we wanted to use sidecar, but it's not working in v18).

 

Any idea how to make this again working? We know that we can re-create folio, but this should be not solution, shouldn't be?

    Martin, There’s an update to the folio builder in the downloads section of Adobe.com.

     

     

     

    I believe this is supposed to fix uploading problems.

    I can confirm that the sidecar problem was fixed with new panel released yesterday.  It is now available on the Folio Builder downloads page.

     

    In order to evaluate and advise you on the specific state of the folio you describe below we are going to need more details and likely access to take a look at the content itself.  If you send an e-mail to digipub-feedback@adobe.com<mailto:digipub-feedback@adobe.com> or use the “Send Feedback” link in the web client Help menu someone will contact you to help isolate or repair the problem.

    Hello,

     

    i've just update folio builder panel and proble with sidecar still persist. however, because this is first time we tried to use sidecar, i don't have any data which i know to be 100% working before update. At this moment i'm stuck with Error #1090.

     

    I've already contated DPS support, i've just asked if someone here at forums had any idea.

    there is a discussion somewhere here from the past days where Bob said the

    sidecar files now need the  field. try to enter some data into it.

     

    my tests are still working.

    Martin, please update the Folio Builder panel and try again. The newest panel update includes a fix to the sidecar.xml problem. If you still can't get your sidecar.xml file to work, please send a message to digipub-feedback@adobe.com and someone will help you.
