Hello i have the 30 day trial right now i'm waiting for my serial number

but my picture will not appear it is just a box and a bunch of gray squares Help Please

    Hi, I'm happy to help if I can, but can you please provide more details? This is the forum for Adobe BrowserLab and we don't have a 30 trial, so I assume you downloaded a product or suite and are using the 30 day trial of that.

     

    1. What product/suite do you have the 30 trial for?
    2. Which product are you using where you see the box and gray squares?
    3. What steps did you follow to get to the point you're at?
    4. What do you expect should have happened?
