Sorry if this is too basic. I am trying to determine how many downloads have been consumed from the 5,000 that were included with my Pro edition. Where can I find that information?

Currently the only way you can do this is to log into each DPS account that you are publishing under and click on the Analytics section. On the following page click on 'All Downloads' and count the downloads from this report. You can call up Adobe Gold Support to ask for the balance but they will just ask for your username and password so they can do it! Easier do it yourself. I would have expected this type of basic feature to be available in the Account Administration section and no doubt will appear in the future.

Ok thanks. I am assuming that folios that are shared (to be viewed with Adobe Content Viewer) instead of published don't count towards your balance right? Because I don't think those would appear in the Analytics page. What about downloads generated from a sideloaded developer app (.ipa in the case of iPads) for testing purposes?

I couldn't tell you for sure, but I would have assumed a download is a download regardless of what you are using it for. Perhaps someone from Adobe could say for sure.

You will be charged for downloads of content published to the Distribution server. Your previews through the ACV and sideloading use unpublished content received from elsewhere in the system and are therefore not subject to the limit.
