I need to confirm my eligibility?

I have purchased the CS5 Education package from KRCS Nottingham. I have been a user of Adobe software since the days of PageMaker 3.0. I have proof of eligibilty but it is not clear how I obtain the required code numbers so that I can load the software. Can you please tell me how I proceed?
