I can't deploy a CAR with Chrome

For some unknown reason I can't get CARs to deply using CFAdmin on Chrome or FF.

 

After selecting the CAR and clicking the deploy button nothing happens but the input field is blanked.

 

Any ideas why this might be happening or how to toubleshoot?
