I'm trying to create a one level CSS drop-down menu for my web page and it seems to work fine in all browers except Opera... Instead of Drop down it stacks on its self. Has anyone encountered this with Opera. One Note: I'm on a Mac and haven't tested the webpage in IE x.x yet.
I'll try to upload the page .html and .css files to one of my hosted websites so you can have a look-see.

Please see if there is any conflicts with Opera and the drop down menu and if possible and you can test in IE.

Instead of hiding the submenu with display: none (which has accessibility problems) move it offscreen with a negative margin, then bring it back on hover.
However, changing only that CSS on your site led to some flickering on hover, so some of the menu styling needs rewriting.
This page mentions the Opera bug and has a working demo:
First, validate your code and fix reported errors. Unbalanced, incomplete & orphaned tags can wreak havoc in some browsers.
