I just got a new imac running Lion (10.7.2). Bridge CS5 is behaving strangely. On my old macbook which ran Snow Leopard, the trackpad gestures, namely the 3-finger swipe to go back/forward, worked fine in Bridge CS5. Since I installed Bridge on my new computer, that gesture no longer works. If I swipe back with no files selected, it goes back for a split second and returns to the current folder as soon as I let go. If I swipe back with a file selected, it opens that file. The scrolling gestures work fine, and swiping works in every program except for Bridge. Any ideas?
I'm in the exact same situation...this is really annoying. I am new to using Lion and previously in snow leopard the swipe back and forth in Bridge was working fine.
I don't know too much about the mac mice, but the one I am using now is the magic mouse I believe.
Does anyone have any solutions for this (Other than just using another mouse :~)
So if you're having this problem with a trackpad and I'm with the magic mouse, I think it has something to do with how Bridge is interpreting the multitouch gesture for swiping.
It's only in Bridge that I'm having this problem, so I guessing it's an Adobe issue.
I should mention that it does work "sometimes" (very erratically) like when I turn the power off on the mouse or when I replace the batteries.
Could it be a bluetooth issue as well?
