can you please provide the lcm logs. <LiveCycle_Install_directory>/configurationManager/log/lcm.0.log

Didn't get anything from lcm.0.log. It just says that the dsc is already installed but not running. can you please send the server logs. which platform you are on?

Have you tried uninstalling the dsc from workbench and then installing  and starting it?

The default location of this file is <ADEP_Install_Directory>\configurationManager\config\solcomp. I think you might have deleted this file by mistake. I would recommend a clean install of the ADEP server.
