Can't install Flash Properly

I'm a bit dim. I'm trying to install Flash on OS X, and I keep getting this popup message, which is unresponsive:

I click on "Allow", but nothing happens.

Hi Peter,
Are the clicks on "Allow" being ignored? If so, you might be running into an iMac / ATI bug. Please take a look at this FAQ to see if it helps you work around the problem.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I can see that going through System Preferences should work.
