Video Playback Skips on QuickTime

I need some help im rendering my videos on Premiere Pro with QuickTime and Photo-JPG settings..

 

When I play on QuickTime it plays with good quality but for some reason it skips from time to time.

 

When I open it on After Effects it plays good not sure why its skipping on my media players... not really a big deal just wondering if the video might not be rendering right..

    What codec does your file use?  What resolution?  What is the duration and file size?

    Format is QuickTime codec photo- jpg duration is About 30 sec. File size is like 100mb

    My bet: your hard drive can't keep up with the high bitrate of a high-quality file.  Happens all the time.

    I also forgot to mention my export size is 1280X720... Is there any way I can fix that or something I can do about it?

     

    It's just wierd because I have never had this problem when rendering until I started using Premiere Pro I would use Sony Vegas before but it's not as cool as Premiere Pro..

    Another thing is that like say I let the video play while skipping first and then I play it again it won't skip anymore kind of like the buffering effect when watching videos online that have to load first.. Do you get what I mean?
