    Good day,

No, you cannot send a message through SendNow without sending a file.

May I ask why you'd like to have this capability? It seems like it'd be redundant to the email capabilities you already have.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

SendNow lets you, as the sender, know when the message was sent, and then again when the file was downloaded by the recipient. SendNow doesn't provide a return receipt when the recipient opens the email message or takes any action with it (other than to download the file from our web servers).

If no file was sent, then there would be no tracking information. And SendNow doesn't provide any confirmation of email receipt if the recipient doesn't download the file.

I hope that this addresses your question.

    Regards,

    Bob Treitman
