Where is app support?

My app keeps crashing even after updates in both iOS and reinstalling Adobe Ideas. Moreover, there is no direct way to get support via a link or form in the app or through the Apple app store.

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties. What device and version of iOS are you using? Does it crash when performing a specific process?

    Thanks Joanne.

     

    I haven't updated my iPad2 to iOS 5.0 yet, still running 4.3.5. I'll update my iOS version and test the ABOUT & SETTINGS from my side and let you know if it happens to me as well.

    Hi Joanne,

     

    After updating to 5.0.1 I'm seeing similar behavior. I'm following up with the development team to see what we can do. Thank you for posting here and letting us know!
