I can´t install CS5.5 Master Collection. I´ve allready tried to un/install .NET framework but nothing happened.

What the log says is:

If restarting your computer in a minimized state doesn't resolve the Exit Code 6 or 7 error on Windows, try to repair the Windows installer.

Windows XP/Vista: Download and install the newest Microsoft Windows Installer Redistributable pack.
Windows 7:
- Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
- Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator.
- In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /SCANNOW and press Enter.
- When the system scan completes, type msiexec /unreg in the Command Prompt window and press Enter.
- Type msiexec /regserver in the Command Prompt window and press Enter.

and I can´t run sfc /SCANNOW

The system tells something like the windows resources protection couldn´t initiate repair service.

Hi, please follow the below steps and check whether it will resolve your issue.

1. Please install Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86, by navigating to the Payloads folder from where you were installing the product.

2. Check whether you have installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64), if it is 64 bit or Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) if it is a 32 bit computer.

You can check whetehr it is installed or not in Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs(Windows XP) or Uninstall Program (Windows 7) and check whether above mentioned software are listed, if not please download and install it.

3. Please open services.msc, by opening Run window (you can open Run window, by pressing Windows key + R key on keyboard) and typing services.msc in the Run window and hit enter.

You will get a new Services window, please search for Windows Installer in the Services window, and check whether it is started, if not please double click on the Windows Installer and click on Start button.

Please do the same for Windows Modules Installer in the Services window.

4. Now, please try to install the product, if you are still getting the error, please continue the troubleshooting steps from the 5th step.

5. Open Command Prompt, by opening Run window and typing cmd and then hit enter.

a) In Command Prompt window, Type sfc /SCANNOW and press Enter.

b) When the system scan completes, type msiexec /unreg in the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.

c) After that, type msiexec /regserver into the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.

d) Now, reinstall the product.

6. If the issue is still not resolved, create a new admin account and install the product from new admin account.

1. I tried to install Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86 from de payloads and it shows:

Error 1935. An error ocurred during the installation of assembly component {844EFBA7-1C24-93B2-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}

HRESULT: 0x80070005

2. I´ve allready installed both in x64 on a 64 bit PC.

3. Windows Installer in the Services window is started but I could see Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319_X64 didn´t started. I ran it and it couldn´t started for a 1035 error O_O

5. I can´t run sfc /SCANNOW

The system tells something like the windows resources protection couldn´t initiate repair service.

6. Same trouble no matter what.

I don't know, if it's still relevant. I had the same problem. After days or weeks trying I installed WindowsServer. At the same time I downgraded to an older sevicepack. Then I could install it. I thought it has been the WindowsServer. I didn't install it, when I was installing the Internet Explorer. so here you can download it. It's in the IE-package:

Its hard to say that but it seems to me that its an issue with your Win 7 as you are getting error:1935 even while installing Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86, which is a microsoft component.

Looks like the .Net Framework and Visual C++ components have been messed up due to some reason.

Try repairing your win 7. Rather its called "Inplace Upgrade" in win 7 and check if that helps as repair might fix those 2 components.

Another trouble. After I installed Net Framework yesterday (4.0.30319) and do some of the things you´ve mencioned. After I restarted my PC I opened ones more my Windows Live Mail and with surprise it apeared that is necessary to install NET framework 4.0.30319.... O_O. I allready installed it. WTF.
