Vikram, the Adobe Kuler panel is not available in the French edition of Photoshop, and in the countries that use the same SDK, even though they don't share the same laws (France mandates the web sites to be in French.) There is a wonderful Adobe tool to translate apps and web sites: https://community.translate.adobe.com/translator/
