Wanting to create a logo introduction but have it disabled for web devices

Hello

Sorry for this being my first post. I searched but wasn't sure if this has been discussed for (I'm sure it has). I am wanting to create a small introduction, basically my logo just appearing and then forwarding to my website. My main website is all html, but I wanted to create something that would give it a little pop. However I am in an industry where a good bit of people view my work on Ipad's and Iphones (not a huge apple fan btw) and need it to be disabled and just skip to my main page.

Thoughts?
