FAQ: How do I share my System Information?

Many issues can be more easily tracked down if the engineers can examine your Photoshop System Info. Here's how to share it easily:

 

  1. Launch Photoshop
  2. Choose Help>System Info...
  3. Click the [Copy] button in the dialog and paste the info into any bug reports you provide

 

Please note: Photoshop System Info contains an entry with your serial number. (About line 27) Remove that entry prior to posting your System Info on this public forum.
