Hi,
I am working with Adobe Flash Access trial version. I have created a .key and .csr files for signing the content. As per the As per the Certificate Enrollment guide http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_flashaccess_certificate_3 we should submit the .csr file to Certificate Enrollment site. Can you please share the url of Certificate Enrollment site?
thanks,
mehtak
Got the link in one of the PDFs as:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/drm/index.cfm?event=drm.useraccount
But still not sure where should I upload the .CSR Please advice.
Thanks!
Ok, going through the documentation PDFs I got to know that only a Requester can upload the csr and obtain the certficate (I am using a trial version of Flash Access.). However, when I did the same using Requester profile the webpage throws error -
Broken link?
Please provide an alternate link or run the server.
thanks!
Komal
HI Komal,
What URL did you use?

Thanks Hiroshi, for the new link - http://www.adobe.com/go/flashaccess_certificate_enrollment.
I submitted the csr at this link, to find the same "Broken Link error". Surprisingly, I am getting the error message in Japanese language:
--------------------
誠に申し訳ございませんが、アクセスしようとされたページが見つかりません。
お客様のご覧になっていたページからのリンクが無効になっている可能性があります。
日本語のホームページにお戻りいただくか、こちらのサイトマップから目的のページをお探しください。

which translates to:
---------------------
Sorry, page not found that trying to access.
You may have disabled the link from your page they are viewing.
Return to the home page or visit us in Japanese, Please look here from the site map page you want.
---------------------
Please suggest.
I am wondering if my csr file has got some issue. Should I private-message you my csr file for confirmation?
thanks,
Komal
Hi Komal,
Got help from a person who is supporting the site. It seems that the site could handle other requests.
But, for your convenience, the below is an alternative way you can follow.

The certificate enrollment guide outlines the process for requesting a certificate. http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_flashaccess_certificate_2 (Go to the section called "Requesting a certificate.")
Since the system is not accepting your submission, you will need to generate the CSR file as normal, but instead of submitting it through the web site, you can simply email it to FlashAccessCertRequest@adobe.com and we will manually generate the certificate.
