firebug scrolling

If anyone knows the answer, could someone please explain how i can scroll the css or html panel in firebug whilst in inspect mode?

 

Firebug is an amazing tool, but while i'm in inspect mode, if i move the cursor across the page to view more of the css or html in the respective panel, the css and html changes before i get there.
