32 bit vs 64 Bit

If I have 32bit ODBC in windows set up. Do i need to have installed Coldfusion 64 or 32 for them to show up or does that not matter?

It should not matter. 32-bit ODBC should be compatible with 32-bit as well as 64-bit ColdFusion.
