Hi,
I've been browsing the Adobe plug-ins page and searching this forum - I suppose I'm not using the right expressions (maybe because I'm German). My question ist:
How can I add different user roles/rights to InCopy, preferably without installing a whole workflow solution like Woodwing?
Example:
I would like user A to be able to open, edit and save changes to Task 1.
But user A should only be able to suggest changes (via track changes?) to Task 2, user B should have to accept them in order for them to be saved and be applied in InDesign.
Is there an easy solution like a plug-in for that?
Thanks a lot for the quick help, Bob!
I half expexted that to be the case though I did hope I was missing something and there was an easier way. Woodwing just seems like an awful lot to buy/install/manage, if the only feature you need is the one described above.
Well, I guess it's either more brain or more budget then :-)!
