Lightroom BAG

Hi all,

im sorry for my English. I have a problem in left and right side panel in Lightroom. When i click on random little triangle its all O.K, but when i click in text button, panel does not expand.

I must restart aplication, but it helps only until I click again before the text. I update all driver in my PC. I have latest version Lightroom 3.6 and win7 32-bit.
