how can i invite user to meeting?

Hi. i'm writing php-api for Connect and can't resolve two issues:

1) I have principal-id and sco-id of my Meeting object. How can I invite this user to this meeting or remove this user from this meeting?

2) How can I create disabled meeting (but able to be joined) before a certain date?
