For about 24 hours now we've been experiencing errors with a couple of iPad apps in progress. Both apps have been working fine for some time now. We've been making edits and downloading updates, they were coming in fine here and for the clients as well.
But with these two apps we made some very minor changes yesterday and today (different apps, unrelated changes) and now the Content Viewer on our iPads recognizes that there is an update available but either the Content Viewer app itself crashes/quits right near the end of the download for one app, or stops at an exact file size and then we get download error messages for the other. For one app I even tried deleting all the articles and adding them back in one at a time. Same problem. Everything seemed to be going OK with the first 2 of 3 articles but once it tries to update to have all 3 we get Content Viewer crashes.
I noticed here on the forum other folks were having some issues and there was mention of an update in early March. But obviously everything failing for no apparent reason for another 3 weeks isn't acceptable to our anxious clients. Our panels and Content Viwer are all up-to-date.
Is anyone else having this exact problem? Any ideas on what is going wrong so we can fix this?
Thank you for your time.
Edit: And because the whole thing breaks down, Content Viewer wants to download the whole app again so we can't even view what we had before the failure.
I'm having a similar problem since Monday 13th Feb too
We have just uploaded an amended folio to the Adobe server (that used to work fine). When I try to download it says "waiting" then I get a message saying "Adobe content viewer cannot connect to server". I have the latest Content Viewer installed as this is a new iPad (2 weeks old) but in any case I also tried deleting the content viewer and reinstalling it today but to no avail I am able to download other folios that were already sitting on there, that my colleague had created before I got this Ipad. I need to get this folio published ASAP!

Tracy,
We’ll need to get your account information and the folio name from you in order to isolate this problem. Please send an inquiry to digipub-feedback@adobe.com<mailto:digipub-feedback@adobe.com> so that we can obtain that information outside the context of the forum.
Is this a published folio?
Are you able to view it in the tablet preview? (blue banner)
Are you able to view it in the desktop previewer?
The preview tools often give more detailed error messages if the folio has gotten into a bad as you were revising it.

My folio was running great -- have been importing and updating new articles. Nothing is published yet.
Since I've been working on it today, I've spent 3 hours on an update that doesn't seem to want to 'take' -- then, I checked the boards and found these posts. So, I thought perhaps something I've experiencing will help you guys solve the problem.
Today, slideshows that worked yesterday, once I update the changes, won't work. Updates to the overlays/object states work fine on the desktop viewer-- but when I update them, they are missing slides (states) and buttons don't work. The pan/zoom on the overlay within a slide show that worked perfectly yesterday doesn't even show up today. today, all it is is a blank space on the page.
I think this is all related...so I will be watching for the adobe all clear, which I know is forthcoming, as with all things adobe;))
Thanks,

Was this problem ever resolved?
I am having trouble downloading a folio that I created. Yesterday I had one indesign file that made one folio. Today I divided it up into different articles and added some extra content and now it won't download.
The best it's managed is to download about 38 out of aobut 58MB before it told me there was an error with my download and to try again later. I've also now tried deleting some of the articles but it still won't download.
Please can anyone advise me what to do?
thanks
