Design Premium CS5 "trial"

My CS5 suddenly says that I have a CS5 trial, even though I have downloaded the CS5 upgrade a long time ago! The serial no for my CS5 upg doesn't work, so what should I do?

    If it is not accepting your serial number the first step I would recommend is removing and reinstalling Design Premium.  Which operating system are you using?  Is there anything else which has happened on your system which might have lead to changes in your systems configuration?
